GOKOZY UK is operated by THERMAWEAR CO., LTD, a Hong Kong company (Business Registration 79620435), UK VAT registered (GB 515 6150 13). We work as a brand-and-trading business: we design and specify our heated apparel and work with a certified manufacturing partner in Shenzhen (China) to produce it.
Every GOKOZY product is manufactured to UKCA, CE and RoHS testing scope, with certification held by our factory partner Shenzhen Ejoy Technology Co., Ltd. Test reports available on request.
Our promise: UKCA-compliant components, 30-day returns from delivery, and 1-year warranty on heating elements and battery.
UK orders ship from our European fulfilment centre, arriving in 3 to 5 working days. Free delivery on every UK order — no minimum spend. UK returns are handled by our Manchester partner warehouse. Email support Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time, with replies within 1 working day.
