Where we ship
We currently ship to:
- UK mainland — England, Wales, Scotland
- Northern Ireland
We do not currently ship to:
- Republic of Ireland
- Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey)
- Isle of Man
- EU countries (please visit our German store at gokozywear.de)
- Non-UK international destinations
Delivery cost
Free shipping on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
Delivery time
Orders placed before 12pm UK time on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
Please allow slightly longer during Black Friday, Christmas and January sale periods, and during Royal Mail industrial action.
How we ship
We use tracked services from our courier partners (Royal Mail, DPD and Evri, depending on parcel size and destination). You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Where your order ships from
UK orders ship from our European fulfilment centre. All UK-bound orders have UK VAT and any applicable import duties pre-paid — you won't be charged anything extra at delivery.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of the dispatch email, please email support@gokozywear.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, we're responsible for goods until they reach you.
